Have You Been Affected By The Saddleridge Fire?

Kazerouni Law Group is looking to speak to anyone affected by the Saddleridge Fire that swept through parts of Los Angeles County over the last two weeks.

In the case of the Saddleridge fire, sparking power lines are suspected to be involved in the blaze. The Los Angeles Fire Department says the fire ignited in a 50-by-70 foot area beneath a high voltage transmission tower on Thursday. Other parts of Southern California were under rolling blackouts to prevent exactly this issue, yet this transmission tower appears not to have been taken offline and is now being blamed for the fire that caused the deaths of two people, the evacuation of over 100,000 people, and significant property damage to the surrounding 8,400 acres. Southern California Edison confirmed to news media that it had filed a notice with state regulators that “our system was impacted near the reported time of the fire”. This seems to be another in a long series of cataclysmic fires that have been caused by public utilities companies, and if you have been affected by their actions you deserve compensation.

Based in Orange County, we’ve shared these experiences with you to some degree. Many of our parents, employees, and friends were affected by this fire, and the fires before it- all caused by the negligence of the giant utility companies we should be able to trust. Southern California fire victims are more than just cases to us, they are a chance for our attorneys to stand up for their own communities.
