Nadir Ahmed, Esq

Nadir Ahmed was born in Karachi, Pakistan, and emigrated to New York before attending college in Ohio. He attained his Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College, graduating with a major in Philosophy with a minor in Politics in 2006. Moving to San Diego, he then received his law degree from Cal Western School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2013.

While attending law school in San Diego, he was placed on the Dean's Honor List. Nadir served as Associate Editor for the California Western Law Review, and Senior Editor for the International Law Journal. He also tutored first-year law students in Civil Procedure, and Torts. During his final semester at law school he Externed for the Honorable Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

Driven by a strong desire to ensure workers are treated with respect and fairness, Nadir specializes in employment litigation. He represents clients in a wide variety of civil lawsuits, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, failure to hire, whistleblower retaliation and more.
