Gustavo Ponce, Esq.
Gustavo Ponce was born in Mexico and grew up in Concord, California. Gustavo attended Holy Names University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Gustavo was also an NCAA DII student athlete at Holy Names where he was a member and captain of the Holy Names men’s soccer team.
Gustavo attended the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. While at McGeorge, Gustavo was the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society for two years and put together the law school’s first Sports Law Symposium. Gustavo graduated in May 2018. Gustavo began his career at Kazerouni Law Group, APC, as an intern in May 2017 and continued interning with the firm throughout his last year of law school.
Upon graduating from McGeorge, May 2018, Gustavo moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, and is now an Associate Attorney for Kazerouni Law Group, APC. Gustavo is dedicated to protecting the rights of Nevadans and represents consumers in cases involving the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act), the NDTPA (Nevada’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act) as well as other Federal and State consumer statutes. Gustavo is fully fluent in Spanish.
