Of Counsel
Brett Bodie is of counsel to Kazerouni Law Group. Brett’s practice focuses on handling complex civil litigation with an emphasis on consumer protection. In addition to being of counsel to Kazerouni Law Group, Brett works with BLC Law Center in the consumer litigation group and formerly worked in the bankruptcy division.
Brett has worked on hundreds of consumer litigation cases representing Plaintiffs, including multiple appeals to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, has been a trial attorney for multiple cases tried to verdict, and was the lead trial attorney on Koet v. Department of Education, a case reported on in Forbes.
Brett graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara as an undergraduate.
Before his career in law, Brett worked for a national bank in their consumer lending department.
