Kazerouni Law Group, APC has been appointed co-interim lead counsel in the case of Felix v Roosevelt University in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
This case revolves around a private university suspending all in-person learning in March, yet refusing to refund any tuition and fees, even those associated with in-person learning. The university’s online courses are sub-par compared to in-person instruction, for which the plaintiff and class members expected to receive from the university by paying tuition and fees.
We look forward to vindicating our clients’ rights in court.
